Service house

The Service House provides basic amenities for the campsite and hostel huts. Toilets, showers, a kitchen, and an outdoor grill make your stay comfortable and cozy.

Book with Parka

Have you booked your camping spot?

Please do not set up camp without permission from our team. Reservations for the Highland Base Campsite can be made via the Parka website here (strictly subject to availability).

Price list

  • Adults (17+) ISK 3,000

  • Teenagers (12-16) ISK 2,000

  • Children (0-11) Free

  • Electricity ISK 2,000 (Zones A, & F, sites 1-6 (12 electrical points total))

  • Lodging tax ISK 400 (per night, per tent)

The campsite is operated from June 15 to September 30. Dates are subject to change due to road and weather conditions.

Comforting waters

Highland Baths

Guests staying at campsite or in huts get discounted admission to the Highland Baths. The facilities feature three steaming pools, a sauna, and a cold plunge pool.

General admission to the baths is from 11:00 to 23:00.

Price for guests staying at campsite or in huts:  

Adults: ISK 2,900

Teenagers (12-16 years): ISK 2,300

Children (0-11 years): Free

The changing rooms are equipped with hooks for hanging clothes and small lockers for your valuables.
