Gift Card

Highland Base gift cards for a certain monetary amount are valid for 4 years from the date of issue.

Gift cards for Highland Base experiences are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. After one year, the gift card serves as credit and remains valid for 4 years from the date of issue. Highland Base reserves the right to modify product offerings and prices during this period. All gift cards are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed by Highland Base.

Highland Base is not responsible for any losses as a result of theft, or any unauthorized disposal or use of gift cards from the date of issue.

Gift cards can be used as payment towards different accommodation at Highland Base Hotel or for dining at the hotel restaurant. Please note that if the gift card is being used towards a more expensive experience, the difference in payment must then be covered.
